資料簡介

西南二氧化碳地球均衡樞紐項目（西南樞紐）是由西澳大利亞礦業(yè)和石油部（DMP）領(lǐng)導的政府-工業(yè)伙伴關(guān)系。西南樞紐行業(yè)合作伙伴包括Verve、Perdaman Chemicals and Philisers、Premier Coal Limited、Griffin Energy Developments和Alcoa Australia。西南樞紐合作伙伴已制定了一項非法人合資企業(yè)（UJV）協(xié)議，以推進該項目。西南中心是西澳大利亞第一個陸上碳捕獲和儲存（CCS）試驗項目。CCS是應(yīng)對氣候變化解決方案組合的一部分，將有助于澳大利亞政府實現(xiàn)到2050年將二氧化碳排放量減少80%（2000年水平）的目標。

The South West CO2 Geosequestration Hub project (the South West Hub) is a government industry partnership led by the Western Australian Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP). The South West Hub industry partners are Verve, Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers, Premier Coal Limited, Griffin Energy Developments and Alcoa Australia. An Unincorporated Joint Venture (UJV) Agreement has been developed by the South West Hub partners to progress the project. The South West Hub is Western Australia’s first onshore Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) trial project. CCS is part of a portfolio of solutions to combat climate change and will contribute towards the Australian Government’s goal of reducing CO2 emissions by 80 per cent (of year 2000 levels) by 2050.
