TEMand SEM were used to analyse micro-morphology of modified M WNTs and composite films. The content of MWNTs influencing on the electrical and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that MWNTs were well dispersed in PC and the nanocomposite's mechanical properties is inhanced.
